2 tough 2 questions

A diary is for myself to read.
A blog is for everyone to read.

1.
Nobody reads the things i write,
does it not make this a diary?
But I'm writing it on blogger,
does it not make this a blog?

2.
Supposedly someone reads what i write:
If i write it in cantonese,
Only my HK frens can understand.
If i write it in english,
some of my frens in hk can't understand.
