IPPT

Aya...i'm combine posting cos lazy la. Fucked up anyway. Failed IPPT. Nabeh...failed by nearly a full minute. Reasons might be i didn't stretch sebeh long before i run 2.4 and has stopped the good habit of jogging. So fail, fail loh! Book again, still got a month to book outside. Neh mind, if i can't pass the FCC camp one, i die die also book the SAFRA one! Can run in air con leh somemore! Actually this koo pid IPPT system very lehcheh leh. make all the men seebeh toolan for nothing. The men everyday so stress at work already, still have to make them take this stupid test. Some people after work still have to take care of family, take second job, or study de ma. Reach home like a corpse everyday. Weekend suppose to rest, next week come very fast de leh! Then have to start work again ma!
And yet still have to make people run, practice the static stations and shit, for fear that later fail have to book remedial training which lasts for many many weeks some even weekdays they also ask u go back and run, if you dun't go, they charge you, waste your time, waste your money. In the end of the day, just make people more tired. Those fit people or got a lot of time to train one good la, can tell u all the advantages of IPPT. Take free money every year just for sweating one morning. Booshit ah! So easy to get ah! Hai...most of the people also failed last time. See what happens loh. I will book next session to do it with Tim. Think will be slightly better ba... hope so... this saturday must go and run liao... Nabeh...
